This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Washington County Court Docket is a private reference resource. It cannot retrieve official records, change a hearing, issue a certified copy, remove a filing, or give legal advice.

The Washington County Clerk of Courts, Legal Division is the custodian for Common Pleas civil, domestic, and felony criminal records. Marietta Municipal Court has a separate Clerk for municipal, misdemeanor, traffic, limited-civil, and small-claims records. Probate and Juvenile Divisions identify their own clerks.
